So who the heck are musical mind control?

We are a new electronic music band.  Well, actually it's just me (AK).  I'm a little eccentric in that very English way and the kind of person who thinks of himself as multiple people in one body so I often talk in terms of "we" and "us"!

Our musical style is heavily influenced by 80s and 90s synth-pop, electronica and dance music, with a little hard rock thrown in.  Our first EP "The Unbearable Romanticism of Melancholia" is already available on Itunes and most major download stores.  We plan to release our first full album in 2010.   

We understand that times are tough and people can't always pay for music.  We believe music should be heard - that's the primary reason for making it.  We will therefore aim to give away free versions of our music as much as possible either in the form of free downloads or free streaming.

Obviously we would like to make some money and we would request that our fans buy our albums, CDs, merchandise etc when they are able to.
